Andrew Boyle, "Trent"ANDREW BOYLE moved to New York and upon witnessing Uta Hagen on stage one night, and wanting like hell "to do what she did," began exhaustive work at her school, HB Studios. His studies and penchant for movement, acting, and comedy led to roles directed by such Broadway icons as Gwen Verdon, Frank Galati, Ann Reinking, and Graciele Daniele, as well as landing him roles in two Tony award-winning shows, "Ragtime," and "Fosse”.
Living in Los Angeles, he continues to study, and has worked in film, theater, tv, and commercials. He is currently in production with his award winning short film screenplay, "Tell Me Not To". In and around projects you can find him mentoring young artists at The Young Storytellers Foundation, enjoying, but not basking in too much California sun, or simply being “Super Fun Andy” to the under five year old set, a role he seems to have been born to play. Andrew created the role of "Trent" in the 2014 World Premiere of "Waitless" during the 2014 Hollywood Fringe Festival, where he won the performance a Producer's Pick Award. Andrew would like to say thank you to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the producing team of WAITLESS and the small but mighty crew, as it takes a village.
